DON’T STAY HOME: the May 19th Land Use Board Meeting Still Needs You
The Land Use Board must vote on whether the data center ban fits the town’s Master Plan, and a “No” could delay or kill the ordinance entirely. An attorney has a May 28th deadline to sue over the previous rules, and a “tolling agreement” would let the town extend that deadline and avoid pressure to act now. Pack the meeting to demand a clean “Yes” vote, reject any tolling agreement, and show that Andover residents will not accept delays.
Thursday, May 28th
The next scheduled Township Committee meeting is May 28th at the barn. As more details become available we will share them here.
A legal challenge to stop the proposed data center has begun! Andover Responsible Development needs your help to keep the battle going.
